FormatWorks offers the best CAD data translation capability for SW users working with native CAD data formats not supported in SW (e.g. CATIA V5 and CATIA V4). The powerful automatic repair & healing ensures smooth import of 3D CAD models into SolidWorks. When translating large models and assemblies you can preview and select only entities you are interested in getting into SolidWorks.
Error classification and specialized manual repair tools provide easy work flow for repairs impossible to conduct in SolidWorks. Each error is transferred to a separate SW document for easy repair.
FormatWorks is available in configurations for single and multiple users. A full access to all CAD formats is available through FormatWorks Ultimate on annual subscription basis.
